Reptiles lay eggs externally and do not have mammaries to breastfeed their newborns because they hatch with teeth & able to walk
Worgen are wolf people making them mammals, which do nurse their completely helpless newborns via teet, therefore Worgen boobs make sense but not Dracthyr

Feel free to explain orcs, along with all the other races that are not āhumanoidā since you want to make RL comparisons lol. You donāt know in the WoW universe what does what, so unless you can point to actual in game lore or pieces like people have pointed out with certain dragon-kin races in game that DO have themā¦ Try harder.

Nah itās safe to assume basic biology is the same in Azeroth as on Earth unless otherwise specified

Are Drakthyr Exothermic or endothermic?
Do they have a 4 chambered heart or a 3 chambered heart?
Do they have a developed prefrontal cortex like most mammals or do they have a reptile styled brain?
Do they have 4 limbs like almost every vertebral animal or do they have 6 like an insect?
Iām starting to think that these completely made up hybrids of completely made up fantasy tropes might actually not follow real world biological trends.
They donāt exactly follow World of Warcraft lore either.
They donāt exactly follow their own Drakthyr lore either.
Likeā¦ remember when Blizzard said they were a hodgepodge of traits of all the mortal races, and then said they were like 20,000 years ago, predating literally all those mortal races?
None of it makes sense.
This isnāt a hard system of carefully set up lore and history like Tolkien, or JRR Martinā¦ itās slapdash āThis seems cool to me so weāll put it in!ā which is fineā¦ but donāt come back at it and say āI feel they shouldnāt have boobs because of Science/Lore/This-thing-I-think-I-read-onceā
The closest we got was Lunar Silver Star Harmony on the PSP. Too bad we didnāt get one for Eternal Blue though.
IMO the actual Dracthyr form would look so dumb with boobs, if you want to stare at boobs you have the visage form.
