If I could post links I’d so photoshop a picture of a Dracthyr with Drake and Josh.

Iksar females in old EQ & EQ2 didn’t have chesticles either. Argonians seem to be the freaks of nature.

Now if they are causing pain, deep grooves, and/or rashes you don’t have to live with that. See doctor and ask about getting them reduced. Insurance should cover it since there is a medical reason for the reduction.

Which is fine, they are emulating humanoids to put them at ease. But actual dragons in WoW I have never seen them have them.

Yes, you can still make a slender Dracthyr with smaller features / horns / frills, since male reptiles usually have more noticeable frills and things, if you want your Dracthyr to look more “female”.

Alextrasza’s dragon form has no boobs. Same for all other female dragons in WoW.

Female dragons in pretty much every fantasy fiction do not have boobs.

Boobs are for mammals who suckle their young. They aren’t for reptiles who lay eggs.
