Give Death Knights the access to Frostmourne appearance

Except it’s literally in his lore he regrets crafting it and would never reforge it.

It’s gone. Get over it.

On top of that, they’ve established we have very little access to the Shadowlands now.

And as we all know, one can’t simply commission a blacksmith to forge a blade that looks like it for cosmetic purposes.

there is absolutely no way the primus would be ok with creating a cosmetic piece of useless junk to look like a weapon he was forced to make against his will.

There are many regrets and many retcons in the game.
What is just another one.

But why would he recraft a weapon that has done nothing but bring evil and torment?

He can recraft it without the evil and torment twisted powers.
You’re being very limited with your thoughts, but I guess that is the stance of someone who doesn’t want that.

I mean I haven’t even said that he would re-do it with the whole power of stealing souls etc.

All that I am saying is that Death Knights should have access to the most iconic weapon for Death Knights just as Paladins have for Ashbringer and demon hunters were given the Warglaives of Azzinoth.

This is the part that his whole argument rests on but he doggedly refuses to acknowledge the parts that you, me and others have made multiple times: the Primus regarded the creation of a mournblade as an obscenity, would never make another one and likely kill anyone who tried.

We’re literally wielding Frostmourne with the legion artifact.

It should be brought back as a transmog option.

lmao.

That is not frostmourne. Ok it was made with the shattered pieces of Frostmourne. But does it look like Frostmourne?

It doesn’t.
We need the 2h big stick.

Agreed.

That and honestly the Frost Artifact sucks. It’s so tiny compared to Frostmourne.

lmao.

No I just want it to make sense. Even if you make it without all the soul sucking i have a very hard time imagining someone even making something that looks like their biggest regret they ever created.

Oh I get the point, but they could make some dk quest lore reason to get Frostmourne again for the transmog.

Henceforth projecting like an IMAX given that he’s been told that what he wants doesn’t make any sense in the context of his argument.

  1. Frostmourne was broken at the end of Wrath.
  2. DK’s got 3 Iconic weapons during Legion.
  3. The warglaives were available to anyone who could wield a sword back in BC and were later retconned away. I was there. I saw it.

On another note I can’t find the funny video made about the crown of wills lol.

So everything in World of Warcraft has to make sense, right?

Like Sylvanas killing herself right after we defeated Arthas, going to the Maw, making a pact with the Jailer to “free everyone” but she just became his pet and it took her 5 expansions to realize that.

Like Garrosh going full warmonger and forgetting the lessons he learned from Thrall and Varok.

Like thousands of things I could list here that made literally no sense and were done just for the sake of moving forward. Even killing Tirion just to give the paladins the Ashbringer…

But for Death Knights to have access to the visual of Frostmourne, for you it needs to make sense.

I see how that is.

Or they could just make it available to everyone.

Just because they’ve screwed things over in the past shouldn’t just be a pass to just throw out more retcons and changing things. Why can’t it just be death knight hires dwarf to make a sword that looks like the same sword that was carried by the man that used to own them?

Legion was different in that everyone had one.

I mean how SL and DF did it. I should have clarified.

Nah, it’s a Lich King weapon. The Lich King is a death knight. So it must stay to death knights for class fantasy.
