The Naga follow a ruler who allied herself with an old god.
Prior to them being naga, they aligned themselves with the burning legion.
Why would the alliance (or the horde) EVER ally with them? How would that even make the remotest bit of sense?!

Look, I realize Alliance got the short end of the stick in the Vulpera/Mechagnome deal. But please, don’t advocate for us to get the gag gift that is the Hozen while they get the awesome Naga in exchange. We don’t owe that to them.
… I would kill for playable Saberon though.

Don’t let their lack of decent transmogs fool you.

I’ve played both sides. Alliance has much better “playable races” than the Horde. That’s why they gave you better racials, so people would overlook the rest of their shortcomings.
