Give All High Elves Golden Eyes

No one hates elves more than other slightly different elves, but that doesnt change the fact that Blood Elves are High Elves.

Every single dev who has ever spoken on the topic agrees with me and not one has agreed with you guys.

Didn’t read everything so don’t know if mentioned. But I know they changed Arator’s eyes to gold.

i cant take this seriously. vereesa in her few appearances rarely gets speaking lines and if she does its a single sentence. shes never had development or her own story. shes just a backdrop to place behind kirin tor NPCs. all she and SC have to offer is a small room in dalaran

And Lor’themar is doing what? He had a bit in isle of thunder and SoO, gone for warlords, only showed up as a backdrop piece in legion, sat out BfA for the most part… and Prior to SoO, he didn’t exist beyond the starting quest to join the horde.

he was the entire focus of the nazjatar storyline(zone, raid). i think vereesa retained her usual role of supporting another more important character with no speaking lines

even in the 8.3 faction epilogue he is there. him and thalyssra have an interesting development as well. where was vereesa and all these alliance high elves all expansion?

See, the thing is most if not the whole majority of those who left Silvermoon did so before the events of BC and them experimenting with holy/fel magic. So, it wouldn’t make sense why the HE who are aligned with the alliance also get gold eyes since they had nothing to do with the BE who decided to abandon fel and switch to holy magic. Also, it literally states that the reason why most of them getting green eyes was due to the fel crystal laying around over time. It makes sense that since the Sunwell is the new source of magic fueling the city with new and approved Holy magic that some BE would start to have gold eyes.

Vereesa was in Argus, and he wasn’t at all. Vereesa also received focus in warcrimes and the windrunner’s comic.

Thalyssra being a cougar is not interesting development.

yes it is. i cant get enough of it!

:joy:

Also anything to do with the SC is gonna include Vereesa, we don’t really see it with Lor’themar and the BE’s, Lindrin tends to pop out more… im not bashing the guy, i WANT more Lor’themar development, and Rommath, more BE lore beyond pink skinned long eared Drae that Lindrin gives us.

Fair enough, it’d be fun TBH haha.

Yeah Lor’themar is pretty interesting, just wish they developed him beyond rivalries with other elves. He’s waaaay better than Liadrin yet Liadrin appears more.

Same, what little we have seen has been great, from his refusal to take the crown, and how heavy leadership hangs on him… to how good he is at it, and that he’s smart enough to watch both allies and enemies, his warning about sylvanus at the end of SoO was dead on.

Made it weird he didn’t speak up in BfA before baine did, the guy was warning us to be wary of her all the way back then… and then just sat it out.

Yeah, He has a lot more potential. I also like his friendship with Genn haha.

Most people don’t, some people do intensely.

if i was a belf in search of more eyecolor options, i’d ask for non glowing eye color options like humans, for those belfs that dont use magic, such as warriors, rogues, hunters and…?

Violet eyes.

The Sunwell? Oh, please, get over it. Why choose one boring path when you can take the road to infinite possibilities?

Be more flexible.

Embrace the void juice. It’s a lot better!

You can grown more facial hair that way.

They same reason humans can be called “French” or “Doctors”? To distinuish between groups of the same people?

But really, either you need to educate you self on the issue, or you are baiting.

i hope you get it!

although I’d rather see it as a undead option rather than for the blood elves, it wouldn’t make much sense to see undead paladins roaming around.

I have to say… while I do feel bad for those who genuinely wanted blue eyes for their blood elf characters purely for aesthetics and not just to twist a knife into pro-helfers, seeing “the usual suspects” implode over this development has been… illuminating.

This is both interesting and confusing, if they’re all connected to the Sunwell then why are the Withered even a thing?
