The pants are okay if you have a belt big enough to hide that weird part on top.
I’d pay real money to delete this ensemble from my collections tab.

Those boots, the terrible shoulders, the over the top, gaudy top hat…the shirt and pants are pretty alright tho.
At least we finally have a top hat and monocle tmog.
