I think they should also have priests, just because of shadow and shadow’s connection to the deep ocean.

If gilgoblins are created maybe they could end up as some quest line to unlock custimization for them. I’m hoping if mecha gnomes are anything it’s just customization for gnomes. I think it would be a waste to make allied races based on the most unplayed races personally.

Makes sense, although now that I think about it the aquatic aspect might interfere with making it a solely cosmetic thing. Maybe they could still pull it off as some kind of buff?

Not sure actually, apparently it was captured by mistake before being displayed at Aquamarine Fukushima…but no word on how it survived. Looking at images, I wonder if it was actually a blob sculpin and not a blobfish (japanese mistranslation?) but those are also deep sea living and closely related, so I’d assume those would also melt in such low pressures? Wish I could find more info

Sounds like a neat idea.
