My friend just got me a faction change for one of my characters and I accepted the gift. When I log in there isn’t an option to change any character, mind you I also accepted this a couple hours ago in case it needed some time to process.
Anyone know how to use this service after it’s been fully paid for and successfully gifted to someone?
I’d suggest moving your thread by editing it and picking Customer Support as the category option. CS is pretty good about answering these things.
If you haven’t yet, try logging out of the game entirely. Maybe even reboot your computer just for good measure. Then go ahead and log back in. Sometimes it’s just hung up oddly and will show up after a fresh reboot.
It can also take up to 24 hours for the purchase to finalize and the Faction Change to become available to use.
Everything looks good from what I can see, Juicy. You managed to claim the gift, which should show up on your character selection screen.
As Jetsum mentioned, it can take a little while for it to show up so give it 24 hours.
