This would probably be better in the Tech Support forum. I see a post there where someone is having a similar issue with WoW.
Likely something is going on the bnet app, and the Battle.net team would be the ones to look into it. Which is something that is beyond the purview of Customer Support, outside of forwarding reports to the Bnet team of receiving similar reports.
