So during the the holiday sales I bought my wife that cute piggy mount.
She of course hadn’t logged in because she was busy with the holidays and work.
She logged in today and there was nothing there and I never got any messages that the gift would expire.
Has anyone else come across this and can offer any advice?

Might just need to be claimed. It should also be showing up as a gift in her desktop launcher.

If not, you can check your transaction history to make sure that the payment went through here:

If it’s not showing, you might need to open up a ticket. Let us know if you need a link for that

It may also be in her Mount journal waiting to be unboxed.

You’re absolutely right Humanbeak. Sometimes it hides in the collection as a wrapped gift.
If that’s the case Stompypotato, then be sure to check her filter settings in the mount journal and check that everything is set to show up.

Just checked there too. Didn’t see anything. It is odd. I didn’t think these things expired. At least w/o a warning.
They shouldn’t no. Did she check the launcher and the link I provided too? Does your transaction history show the purchase marked as Complete?

I used your link, thank you btw, and it showed that I purchased it. It doesn’t show up in the battlenet gift icon thing. Nor does it show up in her inventory or mount tab.
In the transaction history, it should have an item key if the item was sent as a gift.
Have you tried sending that item key to your wife and have her claim it through her Account Management page? See example image below.

I’m not sure why the gift didn’t show up in this case. They shouldn’t expire.
Kyzera is correct though! If you open the order details you should be able to copy that key and give it to your wife to claim on her account. The key for that order still appears to be unclaimed so she shouldn’t have a problem using it
