Hello everyone.
People have found out how to post giant eggs in the chat window, and are currently spamming it in every general chat, and trade chat I go in to. There is no way to report them/know who is doing it because when you try to scroll up you can’t see the name.
Is there anything that can be done about this?
It’s something that we’re aware of and it’s being looked into, Coleslaw. I’m afraid I don’t have any additional information at this time.
You could probably increase the size of the chatbox to accomodate the size of the giant egg icon, which might reveal the name of the person who posted it.
Is it bad that I want to see it in action, though?
EDIT: Made a character on Whisperwind and I don’t see giant egg icon spam. I am disappoint. 
(…I mean, I’d report it if I saw it, but…)

It has been a issue the last few days and people have been getting muted for like 24 hours in about 10 minutes i was reading a post or something on reddit about it. I am sure a fix will come soon in the mean time how do you like your eggs? wink
It’s nothing wonderful, I assure you. Someone just figured out how to post one of the in-game “egg” icons in chat in such a way that it shows up really huge and obliterates your chat window. I’ve seen a few things other than eggs too. But like the OP said, if you try to scroll back and report the person posting it, the window wants to just scroll past it so most of the time you can’t see who did it.
