As long as she does it while en route to LHC in EPL she might actually get something useful accomplished.

I was letting someone else on my server know the quests were there (weâre on a fresh start server, not an established server).

Okay maybe someone can enlighten me.
So logged in, I got two answers. Some saying what I claimed in OP. Others saying event got reset and they found boxes with the infection. I have also noticed the Argent cleansers are still around but now the inn and AH of SW have banners with holy light around them. Maybe they reset event and trying to fix it? IDK. Maybe someone here knows more and can tell me what they think is going on because this is confusing.
I quoted what you wroted. Have you been back in game to try and turn those quests in or were you too busy railing against âcrying wankstainsâ to enjoy the rest of the scourge invasion portion of the event?

Sorry for going off earlier. I am just absolutely furious with Blizzard if thatâs what they did. I spent all night last night having the time of my life fighting ghouls endlessly and helping others. I was looking forward to it for at least another day only to see this stuff. So i hope others can understand the irritation here.

Yeah same, I already enjoyed it throughout Classic WoW, you know before Classic TBC, when getting to a raid was something that developed a meta of its own because we had to avoid the weirdo hordes camping raid entrances all day trying to kill us and dispel our buffs. It was admittedly somewhat fun, lots of wall climbing and sneaky warlock summoning, and the Naxx entrance, you better not slip! Then we moved to a PvE server because we sure as hell werenât going to suffer through that in TBC where the world would be much smaller and thus have so much more PvP disruption, even if world buffs arenât a factor having to reserve time before raid time just so everyone can ghost walk in, every single week, not fun.

Having to pay a repair bill plus a ghost run just because of a few zombies insta converting me as soon as I leave a BG or load into the game isnât fun. It didnât even affect me that much because I was off in Outland doing other stuff and mostly away from zombies, but it still bothered me a little when I wanted to turn in a quest or check the AH.
And someone please think of the lowbies and/or new players. There is literally no indication an event is going on when they start a new character, and they find themselves in a ultra hostile game before they can even grasp how to play it. AND they get nothing for their troubles, since the event is aimed at high levels. This event is whack, deal with it.

ERM what the freak? The banners outside of AH and inn just disappeared while I was typing that reply.
I can understand the point of griefing. I really can. I just think they should have done something to help prevent it or minimize it to some degree rather than just shutting the event down completely if thatâs what they did.
The Zombie Plague portion of the event seems to have ended, and apparently it might actually have been on time. (?) The quests are part of the Scourge Invasion portion which is supposed to last until September 26th. You can complete a few quests which unlock your ability to farm Necrotic Runes which are currency for Shoulders, Gloves, a Tabard and some other toys. While farming NRs (I recommend getting a group together) you may also get a chest piece and pants.

Iâm talking about the zombie quests that were supposed to end the zombie event, not the scourge quests that were available as soon as the scourge invasion started. They werenât exactly complicated, but they were never available and now may not be. Itâs not major, just disappointing.
Oddly those quests and the necrotic runes started friday. Did they actually mess these things up?!
I donât think so - but maybe. The Plague and Invasion are, I think, two different overlapping events.
Yeah but was the invasion supposed to start that early is the question. If not then somethingâs up.
Also the cleansing argent people are still around too, were they meant to be after the plague?
From what I remember, yes, they stick around. I saw a blue post explaining that the Necropolii and scourge that they spawn in different zones will last until Wrath actually launches. Assuming they havenât screwed that up.
