oh god get over yourself, it was not unplayable. I cleared out an entire area so I could get my vendor to spawn, took 5 minutes. “oh god the sky is falling! theres zombies everywhere!” Pathetic.

You guys make it so hard not to troll… There is ALWAYS stuff people don’t like in the game. It seems blizzard ended it early in OG wrath as well… Move on.

Maybe fighting basic npcs isn’t the same as having ghoul players trying toi spread it, having to deal with the plague itself. But don’t mind me someone can’t walk in other’s shoes.

on skyfury it is unplayable. the zombies are all skull level and the low level quest zones are swamped. my gear breaks and i wait hours for NPCs in addition to the queue. its probably fine for servers which aren’t ‘new’

I can understand that. Maybe modify the event? So guards are not attacking rats and getting infected on their own thus turning to ghouls constantly? That way the city has some real defenses. Or maybe add more cleansing Argent Dawn npcs? But to shut it down completely early and abruptly is just beyond me.

We didnt even get to the point where the argent dawn healers were gone… we never even made it as far as the 2008 event did xD

blizzard’s incompetence made them cut it off two days early just like the invasion event came out early

It is? I HOPE SO. I hope it on mine. Because we actively had people fighting it off in groups and it was so much fun. I am still stuck in queue right now and upset after seeing a few posts like this.

I solo cleared over 100 ghouls in Shattrath by kiting them properly in large swaths. Cleaned out trade district constantly and kept the auction house clear on my own without help.

it wasnt the cry babys who ended the event, it was blizzards incompetence.
guards spawning off attacking an npc in a town wasnt a thing in wrath yet has been a thing since classic vanilla. that with the zombie event is a huge exploit and detriment to server stablitiy and is why they ended it with out is rly ending.
nobody at blizzard has a brain, what did they think was gonna happen?

Also, LET’S ALL BE REAL. People just started complaining, minimally, like yesterday. It took Blizz 24 hours to unban the people who were wrongly banned via AFK… (With 7 million posts)
You guys really believe they shut it down (zombies), because of the 12 people (sarcastic understate to prove point) in a day?
