Yes, and that is by design. Our staff is unable to discuss the penalty with you, the appeal process is to have them review the original action and confirm if it was accurate or not. The response you received was a template that is used to keep our messaging consistent.

That wouldn’t really be productive if we did, Valeriie. We do try to avoid it as best as we can but we take the policies that we set forth seriously and ask that everyone abides by them.

While I understand you may not agree with the reasoning, it does look like the chat violations have been confirmed by a Game Master during your appeal.
