If you are getting constant 51900319 errors without experiencing latency, it may be QoS prioritization software on your system. Killer Network Control Center, SmartByte, and HP Command Center are some popular ones. But there are many others.
If it is not QoS prioritization software, we may be looking at a broken addon, or an actual connection issue.
Collect a WinMTR test:
Make sure to run the WinMTR test for 5 to 10 minutes while experiencing the disconnections. This will help us figure out what is causing it.
