ok so im coming from classic and i havent played retail in a long time. but there is like something where people just start a vote to kick someone for any random reason in retail and everyone just clicks yes because they see two options yes or no and 95% of the time will click yes without even a care. then you or someone else gets booted from the dungeon and gets a 30 minute debuff… how is this good for the game like im about to just quit playing because since i have been back i have randomly got kicked about 6 times already and im only lvl 39

If you’ve been kicked 6 times on one toon and you haven’t broken level 40 yet. I would seriously take a step back and review how you are playing.

changed my character to reflect what im playing but like come on blizz just remove that option to kick ppl out the dungeon like that man its so toxic

ok i exaggerated but literally i have seen someone kicked like every group for random reasons like ‘healer is doodoo’ . ‘tank is to slow’ , ‘dps is trash’ im telling you man the option to vote kick someone is toxic and blizz needs to rethink this option

It’s quiver. This is my fresh toon I am leveling for my heritage armor.
Level 29 healing as a monk. Haven’t been kicked once.
Another one for heritage. Zero kicks.
Another one for funsies. Zero kicks.
The fact you managed this at how fast leveling is now is impressive. It sounds like a record in kicks received.
Based on your replies here thus far, if you were reacting like this in-game. I can understand the kicks.

I’ve been running Timewalking since the anniversary, leveled a bunch of characters… saw one vote kick.
Those aren’t random. If people die because of the healer, don’t like the speed of the tank or don’t want to carry someone, they have the ability to initiate a kick.
Don’t hit yes. It’s that simple.
Where was anyone being toxic?

read up i said i was exxagerating but i have seen alot of people get kicked from groups for stupid stuff, i just persoanlly think its a bad design and should be reworked you guys can say what u want but you all know you have been randomly kicked before for something stupid

Yes, we can tell. That was evident by making up numbers about how many people hit “yes” and can probably be carried over to how many you’re actually seeing get kicked.
The original design was getting vote kicked gave no debuff. Within three months, the community was so degenerate, they were holding groups hostage to get kicked out, harassing group and after group and trolling groups by wiping them, getting kicked and continually re-queueing to keep doing it as much as they could. This was so out of hand and so bad that Blizz had to add the debuff to vote kicks.

This is all part of the new faction war, the Kickers vs the Kicked. It is far more bloody and ruthless than the Alliance / Horde thing.

Yeah, there’s posts all the time from different people about how much of a problem it is. All you’re going to get are people that ignore that and tell you it’s not a problem, that it’s you. They’re just trolls, probably the ones kicking people, so ignore them.
