I think it’s worth mentioning in the comments something important from that article.
Upon logging into 11.0 for the first time, your Warband will need to setup and sync. This process can take 20 minutes or longer, and the game is not playable until it is done and may result in login queues.
I definitely do not expect the game to be playable on the 23rd.

It is weird that we only get four favourites. WoW has always been about parties of five. It would be fun to have a full party hanging around the campfire.

Probably an aesthetic decision.
More than 4 may have been too cluttered.
Also they may want to display pets ans possibly other items in the future.

All my warbands for the first round will be monks, because I have to relearn all my classes and sync their buttons.
That’s just me though.

What about cross-faction mounts?
I might understand not including mounts that have equivalencies, but what about unique mounts like the bee mount? Can that be ridden by Horde finally?
