Last time this came up, I posted this:

Get rid of mail armor

Counterpoint: give us another class or two that use mail to increase its usage and aesthetic diversity. Dragonsworn would be a fantastic first choice, followed by something “quirky” or “edgy” like Tinkers or Dark Rangers.

Functionally, it came true.
