It should be designed for fresh 80s bc who it is designed for get nothing from it. It is literally just a massive slog and waste of time, especially when pugging them.
good, then get it out of the same ui space as regular heroics. Why should a fresh 80 be required to get spam declined for a day because blizzard thought it was a top tier idea to just mash 2 utterly unrelated in every capacity tiers of content into the same space.
Imagine if you wanted to do a naxx10 but there wasnt a space for it, just “10 man raids”. So you put your name down, then get invited to voa 10’s for the next 4 hours. Would you find that suitable implementation?

What Blizzard have done is split the player base in regards to heroics. Bad decision when the player base doing heroics was small to begin with.

The goal of a fresh 80 is to get caught up prebis is a step not the goal.
Spilting the player base, content wise is not an issue at all. The old way players in heroic where not taken if fresh as there gs sucked that is no different than now just there not taken to h plus.
The game is made to be a socail thing not a solo thing. As such if you want to gear quick and get easy access to groups you find like minded people. Blizzard did not spilt the player base they focused it, by adding yet another reason to join a guild which is a stated goal of classic to focus on the social elements. That’s not spilting the playerbase that is focusing them where you want them in guilds. It is common knowledge pug groups are not great socail events blizzards is going to focus on getting players where the best social events happen and that is guilds. By getting you there peer pressure keeps you there and in the game.
This is the same reason for no rdf it leads to solo play not socail play and takes away from getting players into guilds and groups with freinds. Blizzard dose not want it to be easy to pug, they want it to be hard to make you talk to people aka make connections and find like minded people to make further grouping easier.
Getting pre bis is not a step its a goal. A step is getting a new piece of gear which is pre raid bis. “One step closer to your goal” as the saying goes.
I geared many toons fresh from leveling in normal heroics and they were dps roles. Not a problem getting a group.
Now with heroic player base being split those queueing for normal heroics are a smaller group making less groups available.
I disagree. I feel it is designed for alts in order to get them into Uld without going through months of raiding. I guess the developers agree with me also as that is what they stated that H+ is not for “FRESH” 80’s.

That’s not the goal that is a step. As preraid you are not likly to even see before you are already hearing beyond it via badges.
Preraid is not a goal it’s a step.
There being less groups is exactly what blizzard wants. They want you to get into a guild to get groups. They don’t want you to pug. It’s a stated goal of classic to maximize socail interactions which means guilds and friends not pugs that never speak.
Once you complete one goal you move the goal posts and then work to comlplete that new goal.
Aka a step.

If it was the goal you would not skip it via usign badge gear or otherwise and I know not a single person that gets pre raid before getting badge gear.
No need to get rid of it. It’s a very easy fix.

The majority of guilds I’ve been exposed to contain the most toxic players on WOTLKC.
Flinging metaphorical poo at one another isn’t the social interaction I’m interested in.
No they are not they are small goals or steps towards your goal. They are not goals as if they were a goal you would not skip them.
No one goes for full preraid bis. They get it on the way to their goal and skip it where possible. A goal you do not skip.
