Mine is doing the same thing, bar is over the chat pushed all the way to the left and i cant move it. Griffins are touching right in the middle bottom of my screen. And my bag icon is in the middle of my screen. Cant move any of it an when i have bars 2 - 5 clicked on they don’t show up. Need help, any suggestions?
Feels like I’ve been saying the same thing for weeks on end ! I agree. We need to be able to have options to change these!!!

I have already spent two days trying to make this work. My eyes hurt from trying to see most of the content. Mini map sucks. I wear bifocals and I am so frustrated by this whole thing not sure If I even want to play anymore. I have one toon who has 2 of the same spells attached to the spell bars and can’t find out how to remove them. I have managed to get most of my key bindings back that went missing, but that’s about the only thing.

Why was this new UI not implemented as an OPT IN. They could’ve easily released it as a toggle to switch to, and draw feedback from there, instead of relying on the x amount of people that are in the beta to may or maybe not submit feedback. Having to log in and set up random bits and pieces of the UI, as part of the “Default ui experience” is atrocious.

Wow, look at all of that garbage! Seriously, this is a bad joke. I’ve saw better heads up displays on regular nintendo games. This is pure trash.

I have turned off the few addons that I have. We are not hating. We are frustrated, going blind trying to see some of the content, spending hours trying to figure out everything, and I like the way it was before. I have 2 spells on one of my toons that are the same. I can’t seem to figure out how
to remove those. Spending another day without my beloved game is not what I expected to have to do.

Hi, just want to say, I love this new design for UI.
My biggest frustration is that I when I make an edit and try to save (either with individual character - named) or new layout, it does not keep the settings. I log out, switch characters and come back log in changes are not there, even the layout name doesn’t show up. I can’t find any troubleshooting guide to help me resolve or even identify what is causing the issue. I have switched realms and tried with different toons, same results. I ask other people if they are having problems, some say yes, some say no, so doesn’t appear to be me specifically. What can I do to fix, I really don’t want to go back to Add’ons to solution it, but if that is my only choice then I can.
Have exactly the same problem, sorry for your frustration, but thought maybe I was wacked and was only me, so glad to see this, but not so glad… 
I know if they don’t let me have the classic setup. I will no longer be playing. I am not and I don’t like change. So, I can’t play this game I won’t be playing. I was gonna purchase the new xpac but I will not be spending any more money. Cata here we come again.

Not sure if this will apply in your case, but many people who have been having this issue have also been using the Fishing Buddy addon. For some reason, the current iteration of FB wreaks havoc on the new UI. Disabling it returns everything to normal, so if you happen to be using that addon, give it a shot.
Just get bartender4 from curseforge and it will give you as close to the original UI as possible I am messing around with it and have the old UI back.

this new ui sucks. a lot of the buttons can’t be moved. context-sensitive buttons, like the garrison ability? unmoveable.
request stop button? can’t be budged.
blizzard, how could you think this would be a good idea, to have some buttons be moveable, but not others?
heck, i went to fix my talents (cause a good chunk of my abilities were’nt chosen… seriously, i did’nt pick animal companion, why was it on??) and suddenly my entire hotbar was emptied-out.
theses changes are bad.

Thanks for the input Shalyria, I didn’t have any add-on’s loaded, most still don’t work. Any other thoughts?
What particular buttons can’t you move. I have problem saving my layout, but am able to move all buttons, I believe, unless there are ones I am just not aware of?
If you haven’t done so, already, try clicking the gear next to the blue “Play” button in your Battle.net launcher and selecting “Scan and Repair” to see if that helps at all. It could be that something, somewhere, has gotten corrupted.
