As a person who works a 40+ hour job how do I get into raiding?

i raid 3 days in Retail, 2 days Classic and 2 days TBC.
if you truly want to, there’s always time.
Simplest, most guaranteed way to get into kara is find a raiding guild with an opening, that raids when you are available to raid.

Join your server’s Discord. They almost certainly have a recruitment forum where you can find a guild that will meet your needs.

I mean, as I said, if you want to raid, your best bet is to find a guild. Sure you’ll probably be able to pug into a raid here and there, but the most consistent way to get into raids is to be in a raiding guild.
Just do it with da bois when you’re all online and have fun.
Just find a guild that raids at the time you want. it ain’t that difficult.
