Is there a reason as to why I can’t post in General? To my knowledge, there’s no ban on my account, etc.
Well, if you was banned you wouldn’t be able to post here. 
Do you have game time on your account. If so, try logging out of the forums and re log back in.
I’d first try fully logging out - then back into the forums, Tyielis.
I’m not seeing anything obvious, it may just be an update issue.
