Yea but then i find people like you who after some years regret not doing an specific Raid or pve content because some rewards, mounts, transmog, etcetc, are no longer obtainable.
I even heard they said they will do this unobtainable stuff more and more often, should you miss an expansion or part of content of the expansion, you will also be missing on a lot of soon to be unobtainable vanity stuff.
Then again, maybe that doesnt interest you, since the way you talk shows you lack passion for the game at least for a great part of the game.
I just made a post in the BG forum talking about using the Benthic mechanism for PvP gearing. I’d appreciate it if you’d take a look and share your thoughts.

You want a good pvp game go play Eve online. Of course you would need to use some brains cells and social skills over there 
Does it require lots of those to just do world quests and post nonsense on the forums? (nothing wrong with being a world quest only player though).

Seems to me then that the issue isn’t intelligence but expectations. I don’t think someone who has different expectations from you is automatically dumb. And… they’re still getting what they want. Still #winning.
like I said wow ain’t a pvp game and its always treated its pvp players like 3 rd rate commodity . Gearing has always been bad , even when resilience was there pvp players used to complain about gear. It didn’t matter.

I agree, bring back PVP vendors and get rid of this auto-assign loot thing. How is it more fun for the game to randomly assign a person loot when they earn 500 Conquest points rather than a player working towards goals? It’s not. For example, I want to bust my butt to get those awesome Notorious Gladiator Boots by earning Honor or Conquest. I can’t do that because that system doesn’t exist anymore. It’s like a random slot machine now. It’s the worst system in this game.

Wow… nices threads, but it would be hypocrisy to talk about the Legion pvp, because without the use of pvp gear vendor, Legion was very balanced along with the one that is perfect in pvp balance (Cataclism), but what matters more is the balance between both factions and between the pvp veterans gladiators players vs the new pvp players.
Therefore Legion would have been much better if there had not only been pvp vendors, but also that the pvp’s stats such as resilience and the PvP attack and defense stats were maintained.
something that would only work for you if it wasn’t for the GCDs would be the trinkets it gives you in pvp rewards.

Neither of the two threads you linked are about gearing, and one is from Legion when the post you are responding to said that gearing was fine until Legion, which it was.
You don’t have any first-hand experience in how PvP or gearing worked and get all of your information from the forums, and it shows.
