Title mostly. Came back to WoW after several months away, used the Gear Update option on my whole roster, and something bugged, now they are are stuck being unable to log in, the gear upgrade process wont complete, and i cant cancel or change anything. Literally stuck unable to get past the character select screen. Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround? Ive had a ticket open for 2 days now, but no response yet.
Only thing you can really do is wait on the ticket. Keep an eye on your spam folder as well, sometimes ticket responses can get routed there. If you get a canned response and none of the advice they give in it works, make sure you select the option at the bottom of the ticket that your issue wasn’t resolved. This will put you on a much higher queue to get a response than opening a new ticket.
I’d also drop a thread over in Bug Reports. A cursory glance doesn’t show any other threads on this particular problem.
