I bought the Lich King statue awhile back but i only just received an email saying they couldn’t fulfil the order and would refund it to the original payment method i used. I later got another email saying it couldn’t be refunded to my original payment method (dont explain why they couldnt) and said they would give me some gift card/store credit. I do not want store credit at all, i have been trying to find an email to can sent my issue to but on their support page there is no email what so ever, the “24/7 live chat” has not been working the past 2-3 days and the phone number they provide on the page says its disconnected when i try call it. I tried sending in a ticket to blizz asking for some help on sending me in the right direction but much to blizz tradition with tickets what i wrote wasnt read and they just copied and paste info from the support page.

I just tried both and they both connect for me too. Do you mind me asking where you’re calling from and if the service might be blocked in your area/region?

Are you dialing the country code (if required to make calls to the US from your location)?
What would i need to add onto that number to try that, ive never needed to do overseas calls so not sure what country code i need
For calls to USA from Australia dial: 0011 + 1 + area code + telephone number.
If my research is correct (Googled it to be honest), it would seem you start with 0011 + area code and then the number…as Kyzera just mentioned too 
Just NOTE, I don’t believe that it will be a free call either. There will be a cost for calling depending on your telephone company.

Last time I called Fanatics, and this was pre-pandemic, I needed to wait on hold for a while.
