Gear Store discount code from Celebration Collection

Never noticed any discount condes in there, but still have not received my 15% code from the celebration collection. Hoping to get a reply on my ticket soon™. :stuck_out_tongue: Went ahead and made some orders anyways and just in time it seems, now I get a 406 ‘Not acceptable’ and have to use VPN to even access the site.

If it helps any, I just got mine in the email.

Still nothing for me, placed the order on the 1st of February. Hopefully I will get an answer over the weekend and hopefully the coupon will be valid for a long time so I can use it later.

As Kozzae mentioned, the code is delivered by email from noreply@blizzard.com. These started going out around Feb. 8th, even though they could not be used right away.

If you’ve already placed your order with Fanatics, you would not be able to apply the code after check out.

Still no code and no reply to my ticket, hopefully the code will be valid for a long time if and when it finally gets here.

How long ago did you put in your ticket? Tickets can’t be “ignored” or left without a reply.

Tickets are sitting closer to 24 hours…not 10days. It sounds like your ticket might not have been submitted properly. Did you receive a ticket number for it by chance?

You can try posting the ticket number here too. A blue Support Forum Agent (SFA) might be able to take a peek and see if there was a reply.

What was the last reply (if any) that you got to your ticket?

Since the code was for the Gearstore I opened a Gearstore ticket so I think it’s a different system. All I’ve gotten is an auto response.

Yeah I know, the package came from the digital Blizzard shop though, it I don’t hear anything I can always open a ticket there later. Though it’s kinda late for my Blizzconline related order even though it’s not shipped yet.
