well as it is stands rn, neither +2 or +15 get loot. pve loot got nerfed so hard, the problems I mentioned in my OP became real.

Its not like the community hasn’t been talking about these issues for MONTHS.
What are the devs only NOW paying attention to what the PvP community has been mentioning for months? Is it only NOW acceptable to start taking notes on whats happening in the PvP community?
Are you implying that AWC, and ONLY AWC is the measure upon which PvP is balanced? That the devs can just have their heads in the sand regarding PvP outside of AWC?
If thats the case, why did rogues and hunters get nerfed 1 week into the new season?

You really need to like take a chill pill for a hot minute and read what others are saying and try to understand their perspective on the issues- don’t just bite at them.
I agree there is a gear difference in low rating - BUT it’s not pvp gear- 90% of the time it’s raiders with no vers, and no brains. Have 3 fully geared pvp toons who have been through the 1400 meme show, so I know seeing people with 40k+ health is a little daunting but they melt like butter.
In all honestly - if you’re 190+ that’s enough to be competitive. My irl mate just yesterday got 2.1k on his fresh 190 warrior so like “skill” is really still needed

Now there are literally thousands of streamers in every bracket of arena.
There is arena spec representation.
They literally have dozens of tools @ their fingertips to analyze every single minute iota of abstract information regarding PvP.
There is also, just playing the effing game? I would think that those in charge of PvP balancing, actually PLAY the game and pvp occaisonally no?
Like to be honest, each class should have 3 dedicated PvP and PvE class design devs, one of whom works with one dev from every other class to have cohesion and balance in pvp and pve.
Blizzard needs to stop tryin to balance this razors edge of PvP and PvE.
Every single spell and ability needs a PvP and PvE tooltip, and they can do drastically different things, and can be tweaked seperately. Almost like each ability has two sub abilities.
Then, when making PvP changes, incrementally make changes by a few % each week, by buffing underperformers and nerfing over performers.
After a few weeks, or months of consistently doing this, listening to feedback, and playing the game, you would have a balanced meta.
Its not freaking rocket science, i REALLY don’t understand why blizzard takes this super heavy handed approach to balancing.
Balancing is a FINE TUNING issues and should be done with micro-pliers and miniscule surgical equipment. Instead blizzard decides to perform micro-surgery with a dirty sledgehammer. Metaphorically speaking.

Yes they will, most of the ladders is boosters, R1 players and mythic monkeys dunking on low geared alts and noobs.
