I legit have been playing at like 200 ilvl the past few weeks with a 190 legendary and 184 pvp gear at 2200 Against players that had like 5khp on me
I went up like 14 ilvls in the last few days

IT WILL GET BETTER the conq cap is increasing so u will be able to buy a full set and if you get vaults you will be very geared lol
197ilvl honor gear is more than competitive enough to get at the very very least 1800

Not entirely useless as you may believe, it actually provides a technical advantage in a small handful of arena and general PvP situations, it’s even useful in PvE for Tanks and sometimes for DPS. Although it’s used far less now days than years gone by, but it is still applicable.

How many of these specs showed up in the tournament? 
And, yes, I know you said PvE.
None of them showed up in the tournament or PvE.
No body takes an assa rogue in PvE when you have outlaw, no one takes frost when you have fire and warr doesn’t get picked in general regardless of arms or fury in PvE.
People seriously think these blanket 5% dps buffs actually make a difference, it’s hilarious.
I’d argue that gear would carry mongo cleaves to a degree since no setup is required.

It’s because of Covid. Blizzard knows that we’re all stuck in quarantine unable to see family or have fun on ashley mad so they made this huge grind because there’s nothing else you can do right now without risking your health.
