I’ve known about this legendary working for ret since Beta, and a lot of r1 rets knew about it too.
It’s also very dangerous because it procs below 20%, so if you get hit by 15k at 21% you’ll die before it procs. Or if you drop at 15% and then it procs a ww can still touch of death you anyway.
Nah view bots are real and legit, and this is a company that stopped showing sub counts because they’re too scared to show how many they lose. I don’t trust a company that refuses to be transparent.

The fact that people are still debating whether or not the game they pay 15 bucks a month for should be updated based on a pvp event that no one cares about is astounding.
The fact that some noobs still think, their very limited experience and their stomach feeling should have an impact on balancing decisions is what I would call astounding!
But we still see every day new topics from the very same persons, unhappy about the pvp state, but no objective arguments at all.
Can’t have objective arguments with people who are objectively white knights. It’s like talking to a brick wall.
Don’t worry, you can enjoy your diet soda expansion with no updates or changes while most rational, normal human beings will go the other direction of calling out issues when we see them.
But when someone is talking to you, then you are understanding of course, alert, listen attentively to the arguments and reconsider then your opinion, weight your own arguments differently if necessary, and so on.

I played and lost a game vs a ret using this yesterday. Super annoying.
Yeah for sure its annoying but you can still go through or make another go for sure, its only 4sec, cc healer mindgames or stun ret and he cant heal himself or he dies.
I saw vanguards play into one ret using it on his alt monk and it procced while the dude bubbled. And then procced again when he got sac.
And on next go he got triple RSK and he died before it procs
20% health is just so low right now that you cant rely on this to save yourself. Specially with arms/ww being rampant in meta too and firemage able to do 9k pyro.
In bfa I would have said thats its bonker but in very high damage meta I dont think its as strong
This situation is going to occur after your first big go, so you have already used your stuns, cc, and probably mind games to get the bubble.
We would also need to assume the ret isn’t going to crank out a fat WoG heal on theirself.
Why are we gaming this situation at all? Ret doesn’t need more defensives, neither does holy. With one of those on a team you’re already dealing with bubbles and BoP + offhealing.
It can definitely be enough to stop a go. Also, the internal cooldown is 45 seconds, so it’ll be up every other go assuming we get him as low as 20%.
Passive defensives are lame already, and when they’re designed for prot, especially so.

Keep thinking that, most of the posts are people unsubbing due to the “opinions” I listed above so when you find your game empty in a months worth of time, maybe it’ll become an “issue” then.
Yeah but like I said earlier its buggy, it doesnt proc as soon as you get to 20% it will proc after the next damage you take that get you below 20%.
So if you are at 21% and lose 5% max health it will then proc when you have 16%.
But if you lose more than the current max health you have its not gonna proc.
Obviously all legendaries should be locked to their spec anyway
The advantage of ret over other specs on this locked legendary per spec thing is that ret legendary arent really good for damage increase, thats why they use sephuz over any ret specific legendary and why they can use endless king since it’s not really a huge damage loss anyway.
Unlike boomy that can also use a guardian specific legendary but they lose a ton of damage via their 40% crit legendary when you gain eclipse.

Literally read the forums or subreddits, aside from the paid shills and white knights that defend this game with extremely predictable logic (first day sales, “wait till awc is over”, “theyre on vacation”), literally most people are ready to leave this expansion behind.
It’s grindy for the sake of being grindy, the systems favor boosting culture and gear disparity is at an all time high.
I don’t think the gear problem is massive those pve players r usually horrible and I’m able to beat them on a 180 WW with no legendary ALSO the way the system works is once you are able to buy a full set of pvp conq gear ur Ilvl will be fairly high even with challenger gear
226 duelist pvp gear is nuts and I’m happy blizzard made it a competitive ilvl
