I received three “Beautiful Blizzard Binding” rings for the opening 3 quests in center city. I would have really appreciated more diversity rather than three of the same gear

If you mean you received that specific item from the Harvested Dreamseed Cache, Cache of Overblooming Teasures and Satchel of Dreams… that’s entirely random, Pragg. The game doesn’t track what items you may have received previously and give you a different choice.
Each container has a chance to contain that ring. You just seem to have rolled the same number and gotten the same thing from three different sources.
I should also mention that Customer Support has zero involvement in game design or implementation of game content and systems. If you have feedback it would be best directed to our Game Developers in one of the Community Discussion forums, such as General Discussion or Quest Discussion.
