does anyone know where the new gear check will be to run a heroic dungeon? i need to know so i can be parked there AFK ready and waiting for a dungeon group instead of actually playing the game. thanks for the help!

There won’t be a gear check. They’ll have some addon that lets them see it in LFG. You won’t even get to say hello.

Og wrath was all about the gear SCORE… It was also the expansion I started having to carry around higher ilvl gear that sucked to get into pugs for content I already out geared. Then ninja swapping to my real gear once in the group.

The Antonidas momument in Dalaran was the traditional gear checking spot. Likely will be again.
Dalaran fountain would be my guess. Or in the portal room.
It’s all about fishing while you’re waiting to get inspected without anyone talking to you. It’s a good thing we have this new looking for group tool instead of dungeon finder so that we can be ignored while we’re trying to talk instead of it automatically assigning us to a group and don’t forget if you have to link that achievement also in order to do that dungeon that you need the achievement to do

For a heroic dungeon? If someone’s gear checking for a heroic dungeon just join a different group.
