I recently returned after a lengthy hiatus, 14 of my 15 characters received a gear boost … 1 did not; Persequor on Shattered Hand. The ticket system has changed drastically and after 3 bug reports plus various attempts at direct contact, I have no clue how to proceed. I’d sure like a quick resolution.
Bug Reports are one-way reporting. You will never get a response from those. As for direct contact, this wouldn’t be something eligible for Live Chat even if it were open for the day.
Just because “a lengthy hiatus” is kind of nebulous and could be a month or several years - I’ll note that if a character has been logged into within the past 60 days, it is ineligible for the gear boost.
So if you’ve managed to log into your character (which I believe is a hunter, from what I saw upon searching), it’ll negate the eligibility of that character for a gear boost. But apparently, if you don’t log in for 60 days after that, it will again become eligible for the boost.

I sincerely don’t know if this is something a GM can assist with, but you can at least give it a shot by submitting a proper ticket here:

Just so that you are forewarned - you will likely get a templated response at first. This is normal to try and get folks to seek out resources that they don’t have to wait on. With that response though, there will be a button to the tune of “I still need assistance.” Hit that and it kicks your ticket back into the queue for a GM to look over the issue for you. I think ticket times are still a bit elevated at the moment, so it may take a couple of days for a response.
