No, he was just moving the goal posts by bringing up something that’s completely unrelated.
He should have been banned though, but he was caught way before GDKPs were even announced to be banned.

Yes, i myself believe what he said. As far as i know, my friend who bought millions of gold in WOTLK and never got actioned (his “trusted seller” assured that all the gold offered is handmade , not generated by bot).
And he was suspended in SoD P2, with his “trusted seller” having had numerous accounts banned and became “lacking supply”.
And i think the most important part is “any raid or dungeon run where items are awarded in exchange for gold”.
But they are stopping gold buying by banning GDKP. They even said as much recently. Banning GDKP has made it much easier to find and ban the gold sellers AND buyers. Also, if you don’t like playing the game and only want a system that showers gold on you I can point you to many mobile games for you to swipe away your tears.

Hmm what stage of grief are you in… stage 1 denial or stage 3 bargaining.
GDKP breeds gold buying and entitlement. The gold buyers buy gold, which isn’t fun. The folks who are lucky and/or who feed themselves loot and get geared abandon their groups and just carry GDKPs for gold. It’s not good.

Hopefully this means the ban will be extended to all versions of WoW. It also explains all the sudden “I was banned for no reason” posts. We were right all along, GDKP is just a mechanism to launder dirty gold.

The people buying your 700G BoEs on the AH are also buying gold, so you better stop using the AH too if you truly want to avoid RMT.
I look forward to farming after work, idk why you would kill boars though with all the enjoyable farming the game does offer.
Also, this may shock you, but you really dont need consumables for any content in sod , or classic , so idk why you are crying.

The problem here is that the vast majority of gold that buyers are bringing to your GDKP is obtained with credit card swiping. GDKP wouldn’t exist in its current form or popularity without the rampant gold buying.

It’s amazing how long this gdkp tantrum is going on for. It’s like y’all really hate playing this game for the sake of playing the game and have some other motive for so desperately wanting this one, singular loot system back instead of moving on to or coming up with alternatives.
