Also void pearl, thats 75g x 8 for all your characters = 600g
Then if you want to re-spec then thats 1g for respec + 75g for swapping the pearl over.
100g for mount but for all 8 thats 800g … take away 100g cause warlock. but add it back on because you cant use the demon steed when you’re dead in stv cause its a spell.
As for paladin - no one who is anyone plays that trash.
and thats just in this phase.
Let alone you still need more gold to get every factions mount and their recolors.

I know Rogues aren’t known for their literacy or cognitive function but you realize GDKPs and buying gold are two different things right
Someone with good cognitive function can easily realize that GDKPs and gold buying are linked. The vast majority of players that bring the large sums to GDKPs are not “auction house goblins”; they purchased the gold with credit cards.
Gold buyers are upset because they can no longer buy items in raids. The unscrupulous people that used to be the “carry” in GDKPs are upset that they can’t effectively “buy gold” without putting their account at risk anymore. The rest of us win.
Don’t be disingenuous and pretend like you didn’t understand what was going on here.

you’re the one ignoring objective reality here for your emotional narrative.
At the end of the day the anti-gdkp side is rooted in “I hate that other people have more than me, I rather the ceiling be as low as possible so I don’t have to do much to be relevant” so you’re completely right, they would happily gut gold and leveling in general if it meant they didn’t have to feel inferior to people who put time into the game.

So what you are saying is most ALL gdkpers have the idea that farming is boring. Then how are they getting their gold? Oh wait that’s right from buying gold. This is really a genius post. Just make the title GDKPS ARE FOR PEOPLE WHO BUY GOLD. WE DON’T FARM.

I know. What I said is that what OP enjoys is not GDKPs as a loot system. What OP enjoys is gold sellers doing the farming so they don’t have to.
At 40, 1 quest gives around 1.5-2g if you do enough you can more than afford the recipes and what you need, you can farm humanoids for silver, you can farm mats, you can make alts and do the same. Easy to get gold, not all but the majority of those who want GDKP I would put my money on it that they bought it. GDKP can stay gone, will stay gone, get use to it. Realistically they should’ve done this from day 1 not after the economy almost got destroyed in phase 1.

- Classic respecs were 10x higher than you complaining about 1g, that’s literally half the reward of a single quest.
- No legit player is going to pay 75g for a pearl, it’s very easy to make a BFD or even 5 man it and reserve pearl.
- Mounts remained the same price. They’ve always been 100g and decreased with reputation that you can get from where? Quests; that give what? Gold! Mind explosion

I literally have fun solo farming dungeons for gold. So your premise that noone enjoys this is instantly false. You just want to leech bought and botted gold in a gdkp so you can raid log.

Arguing statistics you have zero information/capability to back up while the company itself says RMT is down - and laundered gold is easier than ever to track.

Keep your crappy takes in SOD, gdkp will never be banned in wrath/cata/mop. It would quite literally kill the game, I know more people that gdkp than those that don’t.
