It’s all basics. Thin marinated strips of beef mixed with peppers, carrots and onions. There is a veggie side dish that only slightly shows in the pic that includes Korean Soy potatoes and kimchie

Where alot of folks can’t handle it, the owner will substitute salad

there’s also a dumpling they do that makes a nice snack with some soy to dip in

I worked with a lot of Vietnamese and really ended up with a great love for Pho. Then there was the Filipino contingent. No wonder it took me 18 months to lose the weight I put on with that job. LOL.
