It’s about time for a new one anyway. I will siphon some parts from the old one to use in the new one. The video card is still good, I can play WoW at setting 7 which is perfect for my tastes. Maybe a new motherboard/cpu.

I5-3570k quad core (when it first came out)

I picked up the older version of this fan at a local store here on sale for $12 each. I would start here as its a cheaper option. Just make sure you get one with the same amount of pins as your current ones.
I also recommend using canned air and blowing the case out and the inside of your power supply.

Sorry it took me so long to reply, when the smell gets bad, I have to log off and shut the computer down. I don’t use cell phones for the forums.
I cleaned out all the dust, I mean like fanatically, the other day because I thought that was the smell. It’s not. The case has a screen that prevents dust from getting in the PS. I’ll try the fans you’re recommending, but I’ve been wanting to upgrade some of the components to this system anyway. I’m not going to buy a whole new system, but just get a few things to boost it.
If your fan suggestion works, then I can look around more relaxed about upgrading it.
