Soā¦I walk into work this morning and everything is empty. My department looks like trash and I fractured my motivation ā¦before I came inā¦like five weeks ago 
Itās a disaster out there 
and Iām here til 4. Sold my soul to Acme for a couple more hours. Got tomorrow off with my Kat though.
Iām trying my hardest to be positive today. So far I think Iām doing okay. Something struck me earlier actually that she mentioned a few times which is I needed to give myself time to go through all the changes that have taken place the last little bit. To be honest Iām still catching up.
From moving like 7 times in 8 months, divorce, death in the family, all of it. Iām still trying to make sense of my emotional content with it. Is that bad?
Some days I struggle to separate the days emotions from that and it becomes overwhelming. Think I stumbled upon some of the reason Iāve had major difficulties lately. Survived the riots though. I will point out the majority of my work colleagues are African American and it is very important to me that equality and diversity be embraced and reflected in my day to day life

No it isnāt bad, itās human. You have been through a lot in a very short period of time. A person without the need of spoons would be hard pressed not to be feeling the same way.
But it can be damn near impossible at time. At times no-matter how hard you try emotions that you are trying to keep locked away come spilling over. When they do they tend to completely mess with everything you are trying/hoping to accomplish. It feels like all of your spoons are scattered across the ground. As much as you want to be able to bend down and pick one up. The physical and emotions pain prevents you from moving. So instead you wait hoping someone will pick up one of the spoons and give it to you. Because you just need that one spoon and you can move again.
Enough carrying onā¦ I hope you and your Kat have a wonderful day together tomorrow =D

Ugg, my computer is giving out a funny smell. Cleaned it thinking itās dust, but itās still there. 
Hmm Iāve known processor paste or too much heating up and having a smell to it. Maybe a fan letting you know itās about to go out?
