my biggest hurdle has always been texture.
…so things like wedding cakes which are all smooth are the easiest for me to make.
the cake world has come a long way in the last few years… you need to be a sculptor to make real cakes now!
i suppose i could make a selection of stuff and chuck it on ebay.

Put out an article saying the EU might issue a Statement of Objections over the M$ deal heavily implying the EU is some how objecting to it , as in looking to block the deal.
*facepalm* An SO is what is issued after a P2 investigation by the EC if they aren’t going to unconditionally clear a deal. It’s them wanting to go for concessions and is required before they can ask for concessions.
