Sad thing is, it may not even be matter of dissatisfaction with the company that forces me to look for a new job.
It cost me over $50.00 to fill my gas tank yesterday and prices went up by $0.10/gallon over night.
By my math, I’m working over three hours a day just to fill my tank before taxes. On top of that, come in this morning on a Saturday (I was scheduled) to find my boss had sent me a message yesterday to reschedule an appointment that couldn’t be run due to lack of product…FROM THE 3RD! And one of my co-workers sent me a call yesterday to call a customer today about their account balance…why the heck they just didn’t set themselves a task to follow up on Monday is beyond me.
But all that aside, gas is going to be a major factor considering I have to drive down to Buford GA for a two day “conference” on my own dime (they’re not even going to provide freakin’ coffee) on the 15th…or maybe it’s the 14th? I don’t remember.
All I can say is eff war, eff inflation, eff anyone who thinks buying 65k barrels of Russian oil a day (while they’re invading Ukraine and potentially comitting freakin’ warcrimes) without increasing domestic production is a good idea.
Sorry for the ranting but I think I’d rather be endlessly farming rares in Zereth Mortis on an alt in MoP greens at this point.
BUT on a happy note, I did refresh some paints I needed, got some real greenstuff, some flocking, and a gobbo Bloodbowl team yesterday for a reasonable price!

I hear you. The problem is that oil producers want to make money so the U.S. exports about 3.5 billion gallons of oil per day. We don’t need to produce more, we need to keep more here.
Just to rub it in, the U.S. is the world’s 7th largest exporter of oil.
