I just would rather that when I am feeling down and alone that it dosn’t effect others. I learned long ago that I have two choices, be misrible in the group and annoy the people around me, or just leave and be alone and not hurt them. They don’t care either way but at least I am not hurting them.

I find when I need some cheering up what I do are things to cheer others up. I’ll complete a long procrastinated project, make a treat for others such as hot cocoa or buy some goodies. I guess making others happy makes me happy.
