Because Nurgle is also the embodiment of life. One cannot have disease and death without life. Khorne and the remaining Chaos Gods are similar in that they’re traditionally multifaceted. However, in the 41st millenium, things are taken to such an extreme, only the negative is present. Adeptus Ridiculous does a great job covering all things 40k and they just recently touched on this in their Nurgle episode.
Yeah, Black Friday in reeeeeeeee-tail is a miserable experience as is the entire damn season.
That’s why I always go out of my way to try to either be patient or, if I leave, I do so unobtrusively. Treat your servers with kindness, too, even in fast food and at the drive through.
I agree, just be nice, let the little things go and always tip. Selfishly speaking, it feels better walking away from an encounter that ends in smiles rather than anger.
I do not doubt your healing prowess Although one day we’ll have to heal along side each other. That my friend…will be a good day.
Been in that same situation though xD I think the funniest part isn’t so much the act but that immediate feeling of dread you sense amongst your mates that something is cataclysmically wrong…and the inevitable panic that ensues.
I would say I feel your pain as I should be working…key word here… should
The tl:dr is my grocery manager at work and I got into a heated debate on the finer points of logistics in the back room. No physical action was taken by either party…albeit he did actually get right up in my face… I was the peon that got suspended pending…and I haven’t heard back from the store itself since. I spoke to my union rep (thank goodness I have one…not saying they’re all good but this one has been…maybe its the people ey?) and she’s in the process of sorting out the litigation side of things and the process in front of me.
Never been through this sort of thing before at work, it has always been a “oh its time for you to leave” kinda thing.
Anyone got any experience in this? I’m extremely anxious about the whole thing.
I guess what added insult to injury is the same individual has been trying to mess with me by being nice to my wife in my absence…Which I thought was a little convenient given the rumors I had heard prior about his…idea’s regarding such lets say. The timing was impeccable. Funnily enough she put 2 and 2 together herself that day and went “what the hell is this?”
So yeah… Retail seasonal work brother…its a killer.
41st Millennium just makes Nurgle Life & Disease without Death! His followers are immortal!
The Developers claim he is Death without realizing he is practically the opposite! He is Life unrestrained!
The only difference between him and Poison Ivy is that he can control Bugs as well as everything Poison Ivy controls(Plants, Fungi and Disease)!
As for the other Chaos Gods:
Khorne is Orky Values: Honor, Bloodshed and Might Makes Right!
Tzeentch is Change in all forms including the Hope for Change!
Slaanesh is about Perfection in everything including attaining Ecstasy! Those consumed by Lust, Greed or Gluttony are punished while those who seek Perfection have the honor of being graced by his presence!
The Dark Eldar are about Torturing people sadistically in a Perfect Art Form so that they can get away with their Debauchery without being drained by Slaanesh whom they are linked to!
One of the longest standing characters I’ve had in WoW. I leveled him in early TBC as prot, started tanking in TBC content proper. I helped a guild progress through Kara and Mags before quitting raiding. In Wrath, I helped another guild progress through Naxx. Of course, this was all before realm mergers and all that jazz. But music has always been an important part of my tanking.
This was the song that, for whatever reason, made me want to pallytank:
When I started tanking group content, this was my jam:
In Naxx, I made people jam over vent to:
When I started protret PvP in Wintergrasp back when you had to port in and rally your faction to do it, there were two songs that were my goto:
What are some of the notable songs you’ve had in your head for a particular character you’ve played and was it specific to the content?
