What the heck is the purity forest and how many floors does it have?
99 floors. It is the hardest dungeon in the game. Can’t bring items, one pokemon, reset to level 5 each time you go in.

Echovald is the same as ever aside from the Shing Jea-style Canthan buildings and the spikier Wallows and newly settled Tengu.
I’m most pleased that Echovald and Shing Jea retains all their wonder. Maguuma Jungle lost it’s wonder during the transition to GW2 having turned into what is basically Ferngully despite Ferngully being a less mystical Jungle. Ascalon lost it’s wonder as well due to having turned into a Steampunk shadow of itself.
The Crystal Desert couldn’t translate the Mesas properly into GW2 either(becoming too realistic) and had to go all Prince of Persia to save face!
Would anyone of you do a Mythic 0 with me tonight?
I haven’t done any mythics this expansion and would like to try at least a zero. I was thinking maybe start with Plaguefall.
oh well. didn’t do a mythic 0. leveled a TBCc dwarf hunter to level 8 (pathetic i know) and died like 10 times lol I’m so bad but it was fun but in the end I log off being super poor and having no motivation to continue. Then lost some more in hearthstone. Didn’t sleep.

I hope next patch along with future patches there isn’t so much grinding, yikes.
I played a bit more BFA, and was beginning to think this was just as grindy as Shadowlands. The war campaign was fun, but way too many zones to juggle for rep.
I’m thinking to myself people who complain about there being no content spend way too much time on the computer.

I don’t know. I guess it depends on what people mean by “content”. For me, it’s primarily something that drives the story forward.
And while, thus far, I think the writing for Shadowlands has been above average (I thought the Alliance story in BFA was tremendous while the Horde story was mediocre at best), their planning and editing has been nothing but atrocious.
My renown is 80. The story driven content dried up well before that. Aside from the grind for archivist rep (which is nearly complete), what else is there that pushes the story forward until 9.2? Nothing.
When I see complaints about lack of content, that’s what I read into it.
One one hand, it’s encouraging that Blizzard has told a compelling enough story that people want to play.
But on the other hand, there’s zero justification for the brevity of the story itself. And all of the recent events aside, it is entirely Blizzard’s fault and their failing that over the course of 9.0 and 9.1, the bulk of available content, even when minimizing one’s participation, has relied heavily on pointless and repetitive content that does nothing to advance or add to the story throughout the entirety of a patch cycle.

I feel like they are not happy with the content presented to them and adding in new content won’t change that. I am currently playing games that are 2+ years old and will never get any new content. I beat them ages ago but I still enjoy playing them over again. I know what I enjoy and when I run out of the content in my current run I will just start over and have fun all over again.
There is a lot, a lot of content in Warcraft. There is a lot you can do, even in classic wow. But is it what people want to do? Not always. I feel like the people complain about this tend not to realize that the content in the game isn’t what they like but are not willing to find games or other media that would interest them.

I appreciate the kind gesture my friend, although at the moment it’s doubtful I could actually eat it.
Just been super duper congested the last week, very much a bedridden individual. My friend believes it could be Pneumonia and I’m actually starting to agree, every time I get up I can get around for about 4-6 hours then I have to lay back in bed again (thus laptop right now…)
But it is nice to be in good company Hope you are doing well friend

It’s going surprisingly well. New job isn’t too bad although I will never, for the life of me, figure out why someone thinks is entirely appropriate to bring a sick 2.5 yr old to the office and let him swing a foot long stick around. One of the drawbacks, I suppose, of working with 20-somethings from rural South Carolina.
Other than that, it’s not bad. One thing I would very strongly recommend for the pneumonia is using Sinex moisturizing nasal spray and (check this out), moisturizing eye drops on a regular basis.
I started using those two things years ago and haven’t had the flu or pneumonia since. I think it has to do with keeping bacteria breeding snot to a bare minimum…maybe. But the spray will help, for sure, with the congestion.

I’d like to say I’m back indefinitely, but a lot of things transpired for me over a very short period of time.
Things are ever changing and I don’t want to put the cart before the horse so for now I’ll let that rest and resume itself before I start speaking about the circumstances.
But for now I can say this, I’m staying with a friend of mine and that I’m being looked after in the interim.
As with particles, you can never know where it is going and where it is at the same time. So it is for myself. I never know where I am going from where I am, and I never know where I am from where I am going.
Sounds confusing…but that’s Heisenberg for you.
