Yes just be yourself. There is no shame in that. If someone has a problem with you being yourself, it is their issue, not yours.
You will find people who love you for who you are and won’t devalue you for it. If something is wrong you can find help from people who care as well. Ignore the people who tell you that because something is sensitive you shouldn’t talk about it.
I still have fear and regret. It’s very unpleasant.
But I’ll just cope. Quietly because there’s no point in talking about it because it will get me in too much trouble.

Getting over fear can be hard. I was scared I would hurt someone close to me even though they were hurting me and it took me months to work up the courage to say something to them.
When I did they told me it was my fault I felt that way.
My point is fear isn’t something that is easy to overcome, especially if you are in pain.
My skin has felt very smooth and soft this last week.
I am just increasingly happy as I go through this transition.

i went out this morning, got myself a bag of sunflower seeds, some nuts, a container of banoffee trail-mix (that one sounds yum!) some assorted dried fruits, and other things to distract my hands and mouth.
the first patch fell off within the first hour… my arm got itchy, and i went to scratch, and discovered the patch was gone… i found it on the bedroom floor… at least it didn’t fall out of my sleeve while i was at the shops!
i’ll have to raid the depths of the bathroom cabinet to see if i’ve still got some tubular gauze to hold it on… i think i donated it all to animal aid after the bushfires.

The brand name is ‘Djarum Black’, they are an international cigarette, from Indonesia. It’s a blend of tobacco and cloves. So, yeah, it does pretty much taste like cloves. They are very spicy and sugary, kind of like candy. lol
