I live with my husband and kiddo.

I could ask for a shoulder rub, that’s a good idea.

Maybe I’ll take a hot shower that might loosen stuff up.

It almost always works. Just ask Cyndi. Also eat some ; that fixes most anything!

I jumped in a hot shower it did help things
Still numb but like 50% better, I’m gonna look for heating pad

nice that would be fun! there is lots of trails and mountain areas near me and a bike is my only option for transportation in general
