That is the very definition of being a gatekeeper. Now the guy does have a point, but that point is the my point. My point is that 1. A person needs to complete Gnomer to even get into Gnomer? How can you put the cart before the horse? 2. They not only have to have done something even though they have never had a chance to do it, but they also needed to do well in it, aka have gear, aka the type of gear they are in there for to begin with.
