Either skipping the trash or killing the first boss ( Champion of the Light ) to fast bugs the gate preventing you to be able to complete the rest of the raid.

Still going, why does Blizzard insist on designing raids with “If/Then” pathing. It is FAR more frustrating for Old Raid Farmers to encounter bugs like this, than it is “cool” to see mobs spawn, doors open, or debris cleared.

Still a thing, dbm skips the movie, so I guess i’ll turn that off -_____-
First time trying the raid and it happened to me. Literally a several year old bug not being fixed.
DBM skips the cut scene that plays. They don’t get to have their dialogue when things die quick. Just stand there for a couple minutes and it will open. I run that place weekly on multiple characters and encounter it every time.
still happening and quitting the instance and resetting doesn’t do anything. I guess this is another week where I’m locked out of killing Mekkatorque on mythic.
As of 7/10/25, this is still happeneing, and no matter what i do, it will not open the gates. i have used 15 toons to run LFR and it happened on EVERY one
happened to me today as well on mythic, on heroic i was really slow, really absurd and at first i thought it bugged as well, but after like 2 o 3 more minutes then talanji flew away and nathanos opened the way
you cannot kill the boss too quickly. ive found the best bet is to kill the ads first, let them rez, then kill everything. There still is kinda a long RP wait to be able to continue on though.
