Garrosh > Sylvanas

Garrosh was a traditionalist though and valued honor above all else. He was named Warchief and so he was Warchief. Just like Sylvanas. Voljin made her Warchief and that was that.

Both are bad.

Voljin would have been the best.

He didn’t fight for the good of the horde.

He fought for the good of the orcs.

Vol’jin was tricked into making her warchief. And Garrosh knew better than to be a “traditionalist”. How many more orcs have to potray the rest of our kind as nothing more than warmongering monsters? It is no longer who we are. The only person Garrosh served in the end was himself, his own personal glory to live up his father’s “Legacy”. And because he was so afraid of failing at his role he trusted scum like Malkorok.

There was nothing honorable in what he did, even to his own people. The mana bomb on Theramore was a coward’s way of doing war. Plotting to have Voljin, leader of the Darkspear Trolls, assassinated, murdered in cold blood.

I still remember trolls and tauren being lined for execution, their bodies on display impaled upon the spikes of Orgrimmar. Let’s not forget his treatment of anyone who even questioned him, orcs, blood elves, forsaken or otherwise. A leader who rules through fear and violence over his people does not deserve the mantle of leader. Even less so one who cares nothing for them, like Sylvanas.

Garrosh did everything wrong and he didn’t regret any of it. Making him Warchief was indeed Thrall’s greatest mistake. Vol’jin would of made a fine warchief had he lived longer. But now here we are. A warchief can no longer be trusted. Now we trust in the wisdom of the council, see where this takes us. I for one hope, in a much better direction.

Garrosh at least gave a poop about his faction.

When we catch the banshee put her to the torch!

Exactly. Nice to see an alliance member acknowledging this.

Don’t worry guys post shadowlands when the time skip comes and the WoD Army of the light invades Azeroth while we are away and we need to rescue it from them and we see the lightforged Garrosh already confirmed to exist, we will capture him and slowly show him what our horde is like and he will learn of the terrible things our Chad Garrosh who did nothing wrong has done, learn from them and then stay and become the warchief we all deserve.

Light forged Garrosh doesn’t exist. his mother didn’t exist in the alternate universe therefore he wasn’t even born. They mentioned a different son of Grom.

That’s not confirmed at all they mentioned a title like exarch I think and then Hellscream so we have no way of knowing until they reveal it.

I Think a much more important quote is the following:

Garrosh: “What Difference is there between you and the Lich King now?”

Sylvanas: “Isn’t it Obvious? I serve the Horde.”

Now Sylvanas no longer serves the Horde… She has become exactly the thing she tried so hard to destroy.

At least Garrosh, when faced with his Antithesis didn’t claim that they “We’re nothing” Garrosh proudly declared that Thrall “was an Orc, no longer.”

The thing that makes Garrosh so much better is that he had consistent motivations both as a person, and as a Villain.

It doesn’t need to be confirmed his life didn’t exist. Therefore he was never born.

Have to. He was a worthy leader and a worthy foe.

Blizz wasted him.
