Garrosh didn't work out, so here's MoP 2.0

Garrosh didn’t suddenly make them genocidal. None of them yelled “For Garrosh” as they were slaughtering the Draenei and Frostwolves. Prove that Garrosh is the only reason they went for it.

I feel like the writers forgot all about that, even though newly created Trolls get to experience the starting lore first hand, lol.

No the threat of extinction did. They saw the threat of the Legion for themselves in the cinematic. The Elements freaked out when they saw the visions of our universe and supported the war which is why the Orcs kept their shamanism.

They believed they were in mortal danger so they decided to wipe out anything that stould in their way same thing that happened to the Orc is our universe.

Garrosh is the one who convinced Grom the Draenei had to be delt with its in the pre wod short story along with the visions Garrosh shared with the Shard. His word was gold after Mannaroth because he had been right.

Can you cite where the Orcs agreed that they needed to wipe out the Draenei and Frostwolves, and what level of argument they went through?

Clearly this is the very portrait of fear for one’s race’s existence.

Also mind you, the scary vision that galvanized the elements and Grom didn’t make it much further than Thrall’s early upbringing. The elder shaman there saw as far as Grom’s sacrifice. They would have had to watch way longer to get to Burning Crusade, when the draenei join the Alliance. Thus they have no reason to fear the draenei based on this vision.

By the same token, the Maghar recruitment scenario shows that the claim that the Draenai were going to wipe them out was, in fact, true.

One of the many, many reasons that scenario is trash tier fanfiction I’d expect out of a tween amateur writer.
