Redridge Corporal Keeshan is probably the only escort I know that takes that long. Good grief that would be the worst gank to have had.

No. I’ve helped people in the past that were escorting, as (especially the chicken escorts) they can be a bit hard. A few Horde have helped too… but more have ganked me during it. And even had 3 60s camping me earlier.

Absolutely, after getting mobbed right as I was about to turn in Tooga I decided I was out for blood whenever I saw someone on an escort

If i was playing on a PvP server then yes i would.

Doesn’t matter, if you’re on a PvP server expect to be ganked. You have an issue with this, switch to PvE. You’re in for a world of hurt when the honor update drops.

Its not even bad here.
On private servers it was apparently possible to target the quest NPC too, as it was yellow for the opposite faction. Meaning you could focus the npc rather than the player.
Guess what a lot of players loved to do.
Just because you play undead doesn’t mean you’re cool man. Chill, it’s embarrassing in 2019.
The… decent person one? I’m all for fighting other people, but being a jerk and inconveniencing them to that degree isn’t something I’d find fun.

I agree. I have some great ideas for horde ganking…just hit them near the end of their escort quests. Even level 60s escorting the lowbie won’t prevent them from getting one shotted. It’ll be nice and fun and “not PvE server-like”.

I remember Vanilla. I was fighting a mob once and was close to killing it and suddenly it was at full health again. I couldn’t figure it out. Then I panned around and saw an Alliance DillHole behind me healing the mob. It was funny.

The old me wouldn’t gank on an escort quest unless they were on my KOS list. In that case I would likely wait until near the very end and gank them there and then try to ascertain whether or not they’ll repeat it in which case I might grab a sandwich and wait for them again.
The new me is on a PvE server (and I’ll usually help out horde if I’m walking by).
