Gamepad question

I sent an actual ticket, i’m not sure about the hours here.

Am i allowed to use a gamepad to play? From what i can tell, the previous Blizzard statement, about multiboxing was: “You can not automate or replicate keypress. Everything has to be a single press”.

I link WoW keybinds to a button or combination of buttons on the gamepad. I think i’m good? This gamepad is not worth losing my account, i want to be sure.

What they are talking about with multiboxing is you can not use mirroring software. As long as you’re pressing the key and one keystroke = 1 action. You can still multibox btw, but you have to push the action keys for each window.

Just to be sure, i can still use Steam for custom gamepad settings? It is common knowledge the native controller support… Needs some work.
